Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  2. Shipping Options
    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): included on qualifying orders.
    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available at extra cost.
    • White-glove delivery (for heavy/mobility products): includes inside delivery and basic setup—additional coordination may be required.
  3. Shipping Destinations & Fees
    • We ship within Cameroon; international shipping available on request (import duties/taxes may apply).
    • Shipping costs vary by weight, size, and destination. Final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
  4. Tracking & Insurance
    • Customers receive tracking details via email once the order ships.
    • All orders are insured against loss or damage. Please inspect packages at delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
  5. Delivery Issues
    • If an address is incorrect or delivery is refused, return shipping fees may apply.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Window
    • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Eligibility Conditions
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all parts, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Personalized/customized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. cushions, personal care items) are non-returnable
  3. Restocking Fees
    • A 10–25% restocking fee may apply, depending on product category (e.g. manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, heavy appliances) .
  4. Return Process
    • Contact our Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
    • Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving RA#, at your expense, using a traceable and insured method wheelchairmart.com.
  5. Refunds & Exchanges
    • Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued within 3–14 business days, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
    • Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective or a different size/model is preferred, subject to stock availability

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damage on Delivery: Note any external damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Internal Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can initiate a claim with the carrier or manufacturer
